Many practices start on ExpressAgain before their agreement is signed — often because one doctor already follows a patient whose family uses the app. Until the agreement is signed, the organization is in preview. The panel shows a calm banner: the organization is in preview, you can see the patients whose families have added you, and (while any are left) how many more you may enroll.
In preview, who sees which patient is exactly as it always is: a provider sees the enrollments where they are the primary provider or hold access, and each enrollment starts with the family's own yes. The organization may enroll a small number of patients to see how it works — the number is set per organization by ExpressAgain (three unless agreed otherwise; invited and enrolled patients both count, ended ones do not). At that number, Enroll a patient is replaced by Book a call and Unlock all practice features. Inviting team members from Team is off in preview; ExpressAgain adds the people for you.
Book a call opens a 30-minute demo (a hospital demo for a health system). Unlock all practice features sends ExpressAgain a request — nothing about a patient — and shows the booking link. When the agreement is signed, the organization is fully set up: the preview limit is gone, administrators invite their own team, and every active member gets an email saying so. A doctor who already signs in to a family's circle with that family's care-team code keeps that sign-in; the patient appears on the panel once the practice enrolls them and the family accepts.
