Enrolling patients and coverage

Enroll a patient by email or text; add covering colleagues, staff or a coordinator; resend or end an enrollment.

1 min readUpdated For: organization, clinician

Patients lists enrolled, invited and ended enrollments. Enroll a patient sends the family an email or a text that names the organization and the practice only — never the patient — with the link they accept. Per row: the primary provider, the coverage (covering colleagues, staff, a coordinator), Resend invite while it is waiting, and End, which revokes every access. Organization and practice admins act for the whole practice; a provider for their own patients; staff read.

Sponsorship: an enrollment covers the patient's care management and reports the moment the family accepts. Whether it also covers the patient's base access is an organization admin's choice on the enroll form (the default is the organization's setting); a row wears a Sponsors base pill when it does. No price is written anywhere in the panel.
