Learn the app, and where clinicians get help

Short app lessons the family edits, an Email support door, and an app assistant that is marked coming soon.

1 min readUpdated For: clinician, professional

Partly built: part of this depends on a connection or a switch that may not be on for your account yet. The article says which part.

Getting started opens with Learn the app: one lesson per screen — clock in and out and breaks; her day steps and the medication log; the shift checklist and the Today door; documents, skills and your paperwork; where to get help — each with tappable Try it lines, a Watch how video when the family recorded one, and I've got it. The family edits these lessons and records the videos from their Care Team page; this is app training, not care training.

Help in the dashboard's header menu opens Help with the app: the lessons to rewatch, Email support (a person answers), and a clearly labelled Ask the app assistant — coming soon block. Partly: the assistant is not built yet; email is the way to reach us today.
