Where it is. Settings has an Access log card for your organization admin; Open the access log goes to its own page. Nobody else on the team can open it.
What each line says. When, who (the person's name and role, for example Professional or Office), what in plain words, and the client's name when there is one. For example: Opened a client's dashboard, Read the care plan, Changed the address on a client's record (fields: address), Revealed the last 4 of Social Security on a client's record, Downloaded an EVV export, Signed in from iPhone · Safari. A record change names the fields that changed, never what they were changed to.
Filters. Person, client, kind (sign-ins, opened a client, record changes, reveals, exports, settings, and everything else), and a date range, the last 30 days at first. Fifty lines show at a time; Load more shows the next fifty. On a phone each line is a short block; on a wider screen it is a table.
Download CSV. Downloads the same filtered range with the same columns: when (in UTC), who, role, what and client. Each download is itself a line in the log, and so is each time someone opens the page, so the log shows who read the log.
What's recorded. Sign-ins by your team (when, and the kind of device and browser), including a refused sign-in; opening a client from the panel, reading the care plan and opening a former client's record; changes to a client's record by field name; changes to the schedule, team, checklists and care plan sections; enrollments and access; reveals of a sealed number; EVV, payroll and access log downloads; settings changes. Not every page view: reading a tab on a client's dashboard after it is opened is not logged one page at a time. What a family does in its own account is not in your log.
People outside your agency. A partner organization that opens a client you referred shows as Someone at a partner organization. Your log never shows another organization's people by name, and another organization never sees your log.
