Send a request from inside the app

Signed in, the Help Center inbox has a short form and keeps your own requests with an honest status.

1 min readUpdated For: family, patient

Signed-in accounts and circle members can send a request from the Help Center inbox: pick a topic (general question, account and sign-in, billing and Family Circle, something isn't working, feedback or idea), write the message, and send. It emails a real person to reply and stays in Your requests with an honest status — open, replied, or closed — so the form is never a void. Signed-in accounts do not need to type their email; members and visitors add one for the reply.

The inbox page also carries the emergency SOS card and reads any article aloud for you.
