Why there is a link. Your agency added you, or your family member, so the home care team could start right away. The account belongs to you from the first moment. The agency managed it until now, and every change it made carries its name in the home's history. The link names no patient and nothing about health.
Claiming it. Open the link, type your name, your email and a password of 8 characters or more, and tap Claim the account. You are signed in and land on Care team. The email can't be the address of anyone at the agency, and it can't be an email that already has its own ExpressAgain account; use another one or ask the agency to send the link to another address. Claiming records that the agency may coordinate the home care team in ExpressAgain.
What the agency manages. On Care team, a card for the agency says what it manages: the weekly schedule, the team (which of its professionals work in your home) and the care plan (the Day, the shift checklist, the medications list and the emergency card). Each has a switch. Turn one off and the agency proposes each change there instead; it waits on the same card until you tap Accept, which puts it in your home with the agency's name and yours, or Decline, which changes nothing. If you accepted an agency yourself, it starts with only the team managed.
If the agency leaves. Everything in the account stays yours; the agency keeps only a read-only copy of its own work in your home, up to the last day (When your agency stops working with your home).
