ExpressAgainVisit Planning is the family's shared calendar: a month grid, Add my visit, upcoming and today's visits, and Where (name) is with visiting hours — a facility shows floor and room, home or away shows an address, and the kind of place decides how visitors are guided there. A shareable visit link lets an outside guest see where and when to come and who is already coming, and request a time; the request lands in the family's approval queue. No medical information is on that page.
Room Schedule (shown only while your loved one is in a facility) is who is in the room and when, in fixed blocks, with the facility's rule enforced. Visitor Requests is where the family answers Approved, Please wait or Not today, steered by the patient's own private readiness flag; on good days your loved one can approve from the Visitors page. Travel and Logistics holds flights, lodging, pickups and trip notes so nobody waits at an airport.
