A complimentary plan is one the founder grants to a circle. It is the Family plan in full, with unlimited family and friends and no trial, and nothing in the app asks it to pay. The Upgrade page, the Billing page and My People say Complimentary Family plan. It holds after billing launches and does not depend on when the circle was created. Families do not grant it themselves.
A real person reads every message. Family members are always welcome to write on a patient’s behalf.
