Where it is. On Patients, Manage on a client's row opens the client's profile. The header card names the client and says whether the account is claimed, the area (city and state), the care the client's shifts ask for (the role on each shift, like CNA or HHA / PCA), the primary contact (the person who will own or owns the account), the start date and who leads the client at your agency. Under it are the tabs; on a phone they sit two by two. Each tab has its own link (the client's address with #schedule, #team, #plan, #notes or #billing), so you can send a teammate straight to it, and Back and Forward walk the tabs.
Overview. This week's scheduled hours and visits (and how many are open), each professional's hours, the next visit, the care team placed in the home, who owns the account, the next steps while it is not claimed yet, and the proposals and changes log. For administrators and the office, an authorization that is in effect shows its units used against the units authorized.
Schedule. This week and next week, day by day, from the client's weekly schedule: each visit's time, who works it (or Open, nobody yet), the role it asks for and its hours, and each professional's hours for the week. Next week is folded until you open it. Underneath is the Weekly schedule you already know, with Add a weekly shift: the same form as before (who, days, times, the role and how many people at once), and the same rules (the family approves when it keeps the schedule, past weeks never change).
Care team & match. Every professional on your agency's roster against this client, built only from what your agency already keeps, never a score. A column shows only when its information exists: Role fits (when a shift asks for a role), Credentials (from your agency file: an expired copy, or a type your agency's floor requires with no current copy), Languages (when the client's record lists a language and a professional's own profile lists theirs), With this client (visits already worked) and Hours this week (scheduled across every home the person works through your agency; over 40 for someone you pay as W-2 is marked overtime risk). Each professional gets one plain label: Strong (nothing missing and something already fits), Possible (nothing missing, nothing known to fit, or overtime risk) or Missing followed by what is not there, like Missing: CNA, current CPR. There is no service-area column: the roster keeps no area for each professional. On a phone each professional is a card; on a larger screen it is a table. Team in the home (place a professional, take one off) is underneath.
Care plan, Notes & feed. Care plan shows how many of the Home Care Team Plan's sections are filled, opens the plan editor for the clinical team (the office reads its staffing view), and holds the Home Care Team Plan, the Day, the shift checklist, the medications list and the emergency card for the people whose role sees them. Notes & feed is the client's team feed, and the note composer for the people on the client's coverage.
Documents & billing. Only your agency's administrators and the office see this tab (never a nurse supervisor or a professional): how the client is billed, the client's authorizations with units used, and the client's invoices with what is still open, each linking to Billing. Claims are not sent from here.
