Your team across every client

Team · all clients shows an agency office its whole team, their week and what needs attention across every client home that added the agency — read-only; changes still happen inside each home.

3 min readUpdated For: professional, organization

Each family that adds your agency gives your office its own login in that home, and you sign in with one email and one password for all of them. Team · all clients sits behind the Office door, right after Team, and gathers every home where your office has a login the family has not removed. With only one home it says so: the page fills in when a second family adds your agency.

Roster: one row per professional linked to your agency, with their role and every home they work in (the client's first name and city). The same person in two homes is one row when it is the same ExpressAgain sign-in. Two rows with the same name and phone number but separate sign-ins are marked Possibly the same person and never merged. Each row shows this week's clocked hours per home and the total, Over 40 h this week when the total across homes passes 40 (a flag only, nothing about pay changes), On the clock (a clock still running after 14 hours is also under Needs attention), the credential to renew soonest (expired, or expiring within 30 days), and the last clock-in. This week in … opens each home: hours clocked and scheduled, the slots this week (the version of the schedule in effect each day) and the medication confirmation in that home.

The week across homes: Monday to Sunday, each day lists each home's slots with who is on, the open slots nobody works yet and the open shifts posted for that day. Open shifts across homes lists every open shift from today on with Claim in that home; claiming still happens on that home's Open shifts.

Needs attention: open shifts nobody has in the next 7 days, a clock still running after 14 hours, credentials expired or expiring, anyone over 40 hours this week, and invoices per home — drafts not sent, sent and waiting for the family, approved and waiting for payment, and ones the family asked you to change.

Open this home moves your office's sign-in into that home and opens its Team (or Open shifts, from an open shift). The family's sign-in history for that home shows when the office came in this way. The page never shows the client's health record, last name or address — only the staffing your office already sees in each home.
