Wellbeing: support for you

Settings → Wellbeing on your dashboard is for you: a private two-tap check-in with your last 8 weeks, the signs of burnout, five-minute resets, ways to protect your time, what you love on your profile, who to call, and an optional weekly reminder.

Where it is: on the care-team dashboard, open the Settings door; Wellbeing sits next to My profile. It also has its own address, /idc/wellbeing. Once a week a small Take a minute for you card shows on Today; tap it to open Wellbeing, or tap the × to put it away until next week. Getting started has one step for it in stage 1, Find Wellbeing: support for you. It is not required, and it is done once you open the page.

How are you doing? Tap Doing well, Getting tired or Running on empty, then Save my check-in. Only you see your check-ins: they are never shown to the family, an agency or the care team, and nothing about them is sent anywhere. Under it, your last 8 weeks show as small bars with a one-line count. Clear my check-ins removes all of them.

Running on empty: Talk to someone moves to the top of the page and opens. The check-in offers two things, only if you want them: Ask for time off opens My shifts, where you add Dates away in My availability, and Talk to the family or agency office opens the private sheet you use for I can't make it, empty. You choose what to write; your check-in is never included.

Signs of burnout lists six common ones in plain words: tired all the time, dreading shifts, short-tempered, trouble sleeping, feeling numb and getting sick more. They are not a diagnosis. Five-minute resets has box breathing with a simple guide (the dot does not move when your phone asks for reduced motion), a stretch you can do at a kitchen counter, a short walk, a glass of water and a minute outside.

Protect your time: take your breaks on the clock (Start lunch or Start a break on My shifts, then Back from break), add Dates away, send I can't make it privately and offer the shift, pick up a shift on Open shifts, and set the hours you can work in My availability.

Bring what you love to work: tick what you love (cooking, music, gardening, crafts, faith, sports and more), add your own, and write a line about it, then Save what I love. It is part of your profile. The family you work with sees it on your card in My Care Team and on your profile. It shows on your Marketplace listing only if you tick Show on my Marketplace listing; if your agency keeps the Marketplace off for its team, it stays off the Marketplace.

Talk to someone: if your agency listed a support line for its team (for example an employee assistance program), it shows first, with a button to call it. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is always there: call or text 988 in the US, any time. In an emergency, call 911. These lines are run by others; ExpressAgain does not provide counseling.

Reminders: Take a minute for you sends one phone notification a week, on Monday morning, to check in with yourself. It is off until you turn it on, here or under Today → Alerts with your other phone switches, and it needs notifications turned on for your phone.
