For a home care agency's office

An office login sees Team, Open shifts, Invoices and its agreement — it adds its own aides and nurses and bills the family; it never sees the clinical record.

Some come through an agency. The agency's office or scheduler joins with the Home care agency code and types its role and the agency's name (that name is what the family sees on invoices). The office dashboard has two doors: Office (Team, Open shifts, Invoices, Team feed) and My paperwork (the agreement, documents, profile). The office adds its own aides and nurses — Add a staff member sends them their invite by email or text, with Resend and Revoke — covers an open shift with one of them, and makes the invoice for their hours. An aide staffed through an agency keeps her clock and her documents but does not invoice; the agency does.

The office is not at the bedside: it never sees the patient's clinical record, her music, or the clinical alerts.
