Former clients: the record of your team's work

When a client's service ends, your agency keeps a read-only record of the work your team did there, frozen that day: who worked, every shift and clock record, checklists, your own visit notes, invoices and payments, the schedule and plan changes, and outcome steps in your period.

When it is made. The moment a client's service ends, whether the family removed your agency or your agency archived the client, ExpressAgain freezes a copy of your team's work in that home. It is never changed afterwards: anything the family records after that day is not in it, and the family's own care record is not part of it.

What is in it. The client's first name and city, the service dates, and who ended it; who worked there for your agency; every shift and clock record, with breaks and edits; the start and end of shift checklists your team completed; the schedule history for your period; the invoices your office made and their payments; and, for your clinical administrators, the visit notes your own team wrote (team feed posts, shift notes and visit wrap-ups), the plan changes your agency made or proposed with what the owner answered, and the outcome steps recorded during your period. A clock-out or a payment that came after the end reads as it stood on the last day.

Who opens it. On Patients, Former clients lists each one with This client's slot is open: your plan's capacity is yours to fill again. Administrators and the office read the staffing and billing parts; the care part opens only for someone with a clinical work role. Professionals do not see the list. Every open, and every CSV or PDF export, is recorded with who and when. Nothing on it can be edited.

Step by step

  1. 1On Patients, open the Former clients tab.
  2. 2Tap Open record on a client.
  3. 3Open each closed section, or tap CSV or PDF to keep a copy.
