Who has it. A clinician whose login is on the Care team (the people who help manage the patient's care: a visiting nurse, a therapist, a physician, a hospice or palliative clinician). Which team a login is on is decided by one rule, by who brought you in and your role. It opens on its own the first time a new clinician reaches the care-team dashboard, and after that the Finish setting up chip above the clock opens it until every step is done. A Home team professional has their own welcome page at the same address; the agency office and an organization's people do not have one here.
The steps, and when each one is done. Each step is checked against what is really in the app: Confirm your role and credential is done when the title you typed (for example RN or PT, DPT) is on My profile and your license is in on Getting started (on file, or uploaded and the family reviewing it, or not needed for your role); the role you joined as is shown there and cannot be changed by you. How to log a visit opens the help article on wrapping up a visit, and is done once you have logged one under your name (a wrap-up saved, a visit note, or a Log a contact entry). Book or see your next visit is done when a visit with you is on the patient's Schedule; the button opens Book my next visit above the clock, or the Schedule when one is booked. Turn on notifications is optional: on the list, never counted.
The page. How many are complete with a bar, the open steps first with one button each, finished steps under Show completed, and Get started fast: Log a visit (Log a contact, with Your visits and the wrap-up), Book a visit, and The care plan (the patient's Day). Hide for now takes the chip away for seven days; the page stays at /idc/welcome.
