Your practice's welcome page

A practice's administrators have a welcome page at /org/welcome: the practice's details, inviting your clinicians and the weekly summary, each with one button to the page that does it, and three shortcuts.

Who has it. An administrator of a practice or clinic organization. It opens on its own the first time a new administrator reaches the organization panel, and after that the Finish setting up chip at the top of the panel opens it until the steps are done. The panel's Getting your practice set up card and your own Getting started stay where they are.

The steps. They read what the practice's own setup reads: Practice details is done when the practice's name, phone and address are in Settings; Invite clinicians when a second person is on the team, invited or active (the same rule as the set-up card); Weekly summary setup when you have opened a patient's weekly home summary in Reports and chosen how alerts reach you (every reading, only flagged, a daily digest or off; on My account or a patient's Alerts tab).

The page. How many are complete and a bar, the open steps first with one button each, finished steps under Show completed, and Get started fast: Patients, Invite and Reports. Hide for now takes the chip off the panel for seven days; the page stays at /org/welcome.

Step by step

  1. 1In the organization panel, tap Finish setting up, or go to /org/welcome.
  2. 2Tap the button on the first open step; it opens the page that does it.
  3. 3Come back to see the step move under Show completed.
