Team: inviting providers and staff

Invite by email, set roles and practices, say which providers a staff member works with; the person sets a password from the link and signs in at the IDC Team sign-in.

1 min readUpdated For: organization

Dr. Amy has seven other doctors in that practice. Team lists the organization's members with their role, practice, discipline and status. Invite a team member by email; they open the link, see the organization, the practice and their role, confirm their name, choose a password and land on the panel. Afterwards they sign in at the IDC Team sign-in with that email and password — one identity across every patient the practice follows. A clinician who already has an ExpressAgain login with that email keeps one password everywhere.

Admins change roles, disable members and resend invitations. Staff rows carry works with — the providers whose patients they see. The server re-checks every change: nobody disables or demotes themselves, and the organization keeps at least one active admin.
