Your agency's welcome page

An agency's administrators have a welcome page at /org/welcome: four steps from the agency's setup, each with one button to the setup page that does it, an optional EVV step, and three shortcuts.

2 min readUpdated For: organization

Who has it. An administrator of a home care or home health agency. It opens on its own the first time a new administrator reaches the organization panel, and after that the Finish setting up chip at the top of the panel opens it until the steps are done.

The steps. They read the agency's own setup (the same answer as Setup and the setup bar): Agency details is done when the agency verification is sent for review and there is one location; Add your professionals when one professional is invited (before your demo call, inviting waits for the call, so the button books it); Services and your prices when one service has a price; Your first client when one client is on Patients (client information waits for the Business Associate Agreement, as Clients does). EVV is optional: it is done when your EVV settings are in. EVV here exports files; it sends nothing on its own.

The page. How many are complete and a bar, the open steps first with one button each, finished steps under Show completed, and Get started fast: Schedule, Today and Add a professional. Hide for now takes the chip off the panel for seven days; the page stays at /org/welcome.

Step by step

  1. 1In the organization panel, tap Finish setting up, or go to /org/welcome.
  2. 2Tap the button on the first open step; it opens that step's setup page.
  3. 3Come back to see the step move under Show completed.
