What it is. The community at expressagain.com/community is the front door to the public pages on ExpressAgain. It lists the pages of patients whose families switched on List the page in the community, and only while each page is on. Anyone can open it; no account is needed. The heading reads People finding their voice again, and the circles around them.
What a row shows. Each listed page is one open row: the patient's photo (or initials when the page has none), the name the page calls the patient with the last name, Lives in when the family filled it in, the number of followers (the friends in the circle, counted as they are), the first sentence of About, and two buttons: Open the page, which opens the public page, and Send some love, which is the page's own join door into the friends circle. Nothing else is shown: no email, no phone number, no health line, nothing from the care record. Tap the photo or the name to open the page.
Connecting with each other. The community adds no messaging of its own. Patients and families connect through the pages themselves: Send some love joins the friends circle to write a note for the Love Bucket and see the friends feed, and Leave a note on any page sends a note without an account, which that family reads first. A line under the heading says so.
Finding a page. The search box takes a name or a city and matches it against the name on the page and Lives in. Show everyone clears the search. The newest listed pages come first, 24 at a time; Show more opens the next 24 and Previous goes back. When nobody is listed yet, the page says so plainly and offers Make a page like this.
Listing a page. On the Patient Profile, go to Patient info, open More on the page and open The ExpressAgain community. The switch, List the page in the community, is off to start; a one-line hint under it says what the community shows. It can be switched on only while Make the page public is on; otherwise it waits with the reason. Switch it off and the page leaves the community at once; a page that is turned off, by the family or by ExpressAgain, leaves it too. The page's own Show in search engines setting is not changed by the listing.
Where to find it. The header of every public page has a Community link next to Make a page like this, and the footer has one too. The community page is listed in the site's sitemap. On the founder's Public pages list, a page listed in the community wears an In the community chip.
