The affiliate program

Who it is for. An affiliate shares ExpressAgain with families, patients, clinicians, agencies and other organizations and sends them with their own link. Affiliates only refer: no selling, no signing anyone up for a plan, no handling payments. It is one level only: an affiliate earns on the people they refer, never on the people those people refer.

Apply. Open expressagain.com/affiliate, read the Referral Program Terms (each rule is written in plain words with an example), then fill in the form: first name and last name, email, a US mobile number, your time zone, who you would share ExpressAgain with, how, and an optional website. Tick the box that accepts the terms and tap Apply. Nothing is sent to anyone. ExpressAgain reviews each application and approves or declines it. If you are signed in to an ExpressAgain account when you apply, that account opens your portal once you are approved; otherwise ExpressAgain sends you a one-time sign-in link to open while signed in.

Once approved. You get an affiliate ID that ExpressAgain issues in order and never reuses (EA-A-00001, EA-A-00002 and so on), and your own named link (expressagain.com/r/your-name), the same kind of link every Referrals page uses: choose who you are referring and the link opens the page made for them.

What earns a reward. The amounts are shown in the terms and in Help & rules, and they always match the program's current settings. A person or family earns a reward when their paid plan qualifies: a yearly plan on its first payment, a monthly plan after the number of monthly payments the terms name. An organization earns its reward on its first payment. A reward is earned the month after the qualifying payment clears and is paid once a month, on the payout day shown on Home. It does not matter who closes the sale (the family signing up on its own, an account executive or a partner): the closer keeps their full commission and your reward is separate, never split.

What does not earn one. Each customer earns one reward, for the first link or email that reached them. A person a seller was already working with before your referral does not count: warm (already in a seller's book) or hot (a seller already in touch). A cold lead, one that only sat on a list and nobody worked, still counts. Your own plan does not count: a referral with your own email, mobile or paying account earns nothing and is flagged for review. The person needs to sign up or ask for a demo within the referral window the terms name.

Say you are paid. If you post your link publicly, say you are paid for sign-ups.

Your portal. Open expressagain.com/affiliate/portal signed in. Six sections, each its own address: Home (earned this month, earned and waiting to be paid, paid this year, the next payout day, anything holding a payout, and announcements from ExpressAgain), My referrals (the same list as every Referrals page, with each row's timeline and Payout line), Share (your link, an email or a text from here, and marketing materials to download), Pay (each month's statement, your payout method and your W-9), Help & rules (every rule with its example) and Account (first name, last name, mobile, email and time zone). On a computer the sections are tabs at the top; on a phone you see the list of sections first and each opens as its own page.

Getting paid. Under Pay choose bank transfer (ACH), Stripe, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal and enter the details; they are sealed the moment you save and only a masked copy shows. Each method says whether ExpressAgain pays its fee or the fee comes out of the payout. ExpressAgain sends the month's payouts by hand for now. A W-9 is needed before your first payout: fill it in and sign it under Pay; your SSN or EIN is encrypted and ExpressAgain sees only the last four. When the payments to you in a calendar year reach the 1099-NEC threshold (for payments made in 2026 and later), ExpressAgain reports them on a 1099-NEC.

For ExpressAgain's team. The founder runs the program at /admin/affiliates: Program settings (the amounts, the monthly payments that qualify a plan, the referral window, the payout day, the unusual-volume line, and per payout method who pays the fee), Applications (approve or decline with a reason), Directory (each affiliate's ID, status, link, referrals, earned, paid and flags, with segments, notes, pause, remove and the sign-in link), Payouts (build the month's batch, mark each line paid with a reference or failed, export the CSV), Fraud checks (self-referral, duplicate identity, unusual volume) and Announcements & assets.
