An agency's agreement with ExpressAgain is Agreement 6, the Agency Marketplace and Patient Workspace Participation Agreement. It is on the Agreements card of your organization's Settings, shown to the administrators and the office. Read Agreement 6 shows it on paper, page by page.
Your organization's administrator types the agency's legal name, entity type, state of formation and principal office address (they are filled into the agreement), then signs with their full name and title, after ticking that they have read it and agree to do business electronically. ExpressAgain's signature block is countersigned automatically the moment you sign, with the founder's adopted signature; the certificate records the founder's name and title, signing for the company.
Section 8.1 says the agency pays the fees in its Order Form: software subscription charges for the capacity it buys (its number of client places) and any separately disclosed charges, fixed by the Order Form and never varying with your charges for care, your revenue, your hours or any patient, family or referral. The Order Form itself comes from ExpressAgain.
Once signed, the card shows who signed and when, Open on paper, and Print or save as PDF. The last page is the certificate of completion with the SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact text, both signers, the times with their time zone, the network address and device, and the events. While ExpressAgain is finishing its company details the card reads Opens for signature soon and lets you read the agreement.

- 2Tap Read Agreement 6 and read it.
- 3Fill in the agency's legal name, entity type, state and address.
- 4Type your name and title, tick both boxes, and tap Sign Agreement 6.
- 5Tap Print or save as PDF to keep the signed copy.
