The Alerts tab: how readings reach you

Choose instant, a daily digest or off; texts never carry values, emails carry the lines; a flagged reading goes out at once.

Every reading the family or the team logs becomes an alert line for the patient's active clinical logins. Under Alerts you choose how you receive them: instant, a daily digest, or off. A text says only that a new alert needs a look — open the app; the email carries the lines themselves with the patient's first name. Lines within ten minutes of each other are bundled; a reading outside the family's targets is sent at once. Unseen alerts count in Items needing attention on the dashboard header.

The agency office is not at the bedside and never receives clinical alerts, and a login whose access the family removed receives nothing further.
