Your account in the organization panel

My account holds your profile, your organization and role, how alerts reach you, phone notifications, your password, your patients and Sign out.

1 min readUpdated For: organization, clinician

My account is in the panel's left menu and in the account menu at the top right. Profile: your name, credential, specialty or discipline, title, NPI (optional, 10 digits) and a phone for urgent alerts. You edit these yourself. The phone is also put on each patient where you have not set a different number on that patient's Alerts tab, so text alerts reach it.

Your organization, practice, role, and whether the organization is in preview or signed are shown read-only: an administrator changes your role or practice on Team. How alerts reach you shows what your patients' alert settings are today (every reading, only flagged, a daily digest or off, by text and email); you change them on a patient's Alerts tab. Phone notifications: turn them on for this phone without an app — a care alert that needs a look, a flagged alert that waited past the escalation window, and care-team feed posts, never with a patient's name or a reading — and choose Quiet at night (from 9 PM to 8 AM only care alerts come through).

Password: change it on a patient's My profile tab, or use Forgot your password on the IDC Team sign-in for a link by email. Your patients shows how many you follow, with a link to Patients. Sign out ends the session on this device.
