ExpressAgainNotifications shows what is new from real activity — practice goals, lessons, voice setup, emergency events, contacts, and messages from the circle. A linked member's own Text updates switch is in the account menu (top right): consent is theirs, it starts off, and turning it on asks for a US cell number if none is on file. Every text says Reply STOP; reply HELP for help.
Members also choose emergency notifications and a real-time or digest preference in their Profile and Settings.
