Doctor's Records shows her chart from the hospital and the doctor's office — the family's mother is on Epic at her hospitals and eClinicalWorks at her practices — read-only, next to what the family tracks at home. They track her when she is there; we track her at home. A caregiver-role account connects, the family reads, friends never land here. The connection is patient-authorized, read-only and can be disconnected any time.
This week for her doctor is a printable home summary the family or a clinician opens from the records page, with Print / Save as PDF and the phone's share sheet. The wallet Medical ID reads the Emergency Plan Card and the profile — Show big for handing the phone to a responder, and Print wallet card at wallet size.
Partly: the connections are built and the vendor registrations are in progress. The Doctor's Records link, the Medical ID and the Fill from her doctor's records button appear only when the feature is switched on for the deployment; until then the page says Not set up yet and no link points here.
