The circle is invitation only

Nobody joins without a single-use invitation, a code or a link tied to a named person, so you always know who has access.

Nobody joins a patient's circle without a personal invitation link, the family's circle code or a per-discipline care code, and every code maps to one named person. Family members are removed from My People; a clinician's or a professional's access is removed from the Care Team page (their alerts stop and their door code is revoked at the same time). Sign-in history for the circle is on Home Team reports.
