Practice Out Loud

Hear it, record my try, hear my recording — no grading, ever, with a gentle goal of ten phrases a day.

1 min readUpdated For: patient, family

Practice is a safe repeat-after-me space: 1 Hear it, 2 Record my try, 3 Hear my recording, then Try again or Got it. There is no grading, ever. A playback speed control slows the model phrase down. Today's goal is ten phrases; reaching it is worth celebrating and missing it is completely fine.

When a speech, physical or occupational therapist has joined the care team, the exercises they assign appear here as encouragement, not tests.
