Your welcome page as a partner

A partner a family added (a hospice, an equipment supplier, a pharmacy) and a partner organization's team each have a welcome page at /care-partner/welcome: what is left to set up, one button each, on the partner page itself.

2 min readUpdated For: professional, organization

Who has it. A partner signed in with their own partner login, and a partner organization's people signed in with the organization's login. It opens on its own the first time a new partner or a new member reaches the partner page, and after that the Finish setting up chip on the partner page opens it until every step is done. It lives on the partner page and reads only what the partner page reads: never the medication list, the logs, the feeds, the care plan or anybody else's contact details.

A partner's steps. Your contact info is done when the family's card for you has your email and your phone number (the family keeps the card, so a missing number goes to them in Messages). What the family shares with you is done when the family has shared a document with you or the weekly summary. Book a visit is done when a visit of yours is on the family's calendar; when the family recorded a referral to you, the step is See your referral instead, done once you update its status from Referred. Get started fast: Messages, Visits, and Referral (or Documents when there is no referral).

A partner organization's steps. For an admin: Name your organization (the name families see), and Invite colleagues, done when one colleague is invited or has joined. For everyone on the team: Connect your family cards, done when a family lets your team see a partner card; a request still waiting for the family says so, because each family decides. Get started fast: Families, Invite a colleague (admins) and Connect a card. There is no plan, no price and no billing for a partner organization.

Hide for now takes the chip off the partner page for seven days; the page stays at /care-partner/welcome.
